Frequently Asked Questions ( FAQ's ) Q. Do you personally design and custom make all the items? A: Every item is constructed from start to finish in my sewing studio. The designs and patterns have evolved from over 30 years of experience. My emphasis has always been on products that are practical and stylish and that can be used everyday. Q: Do you guarantee your products?A: We guarantee our products and your satisfaction. If for some reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item in its original condition within 15 days for a replacement or refund of your money, excluding shipping charges. Personalized or Special Order items are not returnable. Q: How do I find products with my favorite animal print?A: To make your shopping easier, click on the search button and type in your favorite animal such as cat, dog, horse, etc. You can use this tool to quickly locate products. If you don't find your animal it means that we haven't found a fabric in that print. We try to include as many animals as possible, so check back often or contact us with your special request. Q: Is this site secure?A: Yes. Your personal information is completely safe when you shop online with Animal Designs. We have made security a priority for our shoppers. We use the latest SSL technology for encrypting and transmitting credit card orders. We also use AVS (address verification service) to help prevent credit card fraud. But if you're still uncomfortable with placing an on-line order, we offer other options including a toll free number and money order or check through the mail. Q: Can I phone or mail in my order?A: Yes. You can phone or mail in your order. You'll find our mailing address and toll-free phone number included here and throughout the site. Q: Which credit cards do you accept?A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover as well as Money Orders and Personal Checks ( held 7 days). Q: Can I include a gift message?A: Yes! Animal Designs will include a personalized message for any order upon request. There's no charge for this special service. Just contact us with your message and don't worry - product pricing will not be included in the gift packaging. Q: What if I get a shopping cart error?A: If, after submitting your order, you receive the message "The Payment was Unable to be Authorized for This Order", double- check the information you entered on the form. Make sure that you have entered your card number with NO dashes or spaces, and the expiration date for the card is correct. If you receive any other type of error message, our best advice is to hit your browser's BACK button to return to your order summary and resubmit. If this does not fix the problem, please notify us via email (sewn@animaldesigns.com) or phone (1-866-468-1739). Q: What shipping methods do you offer?A: For shipments to destinations within the United States, we use USPS Priority Mail with confirmation service for our standard shipments. We use International Ground for orders outside the United States Q: How much does shipping cost?A: Shipping charges are based on the total shipping weight for your order. Shipping and Handling charges generally range from $3.95 and up depending on weight and location. The actual amount for your order will be stated before you check out. For shipments outside the USA, amounts will vary according to destination. Q: When will my order ship?A: We ship orders every business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Most orders will be shipped within one week after placing the order, with an exception for special orders. Q: How long will it take to arrive? A: All orders are shipped from Pennsylvania. For orders shipped via Standard method to destinations within the United States, the USPS estimates 2-3 business days for delivery. Actual transit time can vary, and is not guaranteed. If you place your order online, at the time of shipment you will receive an email confirmation of the shipment. When your order ships via USPS, this confirmation email will also contain the USPS tracking number and a link to a website where you can track shipment status. Q: Will I receive a receipt with my order? A: Yes. In fact, if you order online, you'll receive two itemized receipts. The first is emailed to you immediately after you place the order, and serves as an order confirmation. A packing list / receipt is also either enclosed with the shipment or mailed to you separately. The receipt is mailed separately whenever the shipment goes to a different address than your billing address or contains a gift message. Q: How do I request a catalog? A: We do not have a print catalog since they are costly and difficult to keep up to date and maintain. We have concentrated our efforts at our online web store which displays photos and descriptions of our products. In this way we can ensure the customer the lowest price possible. If you are looking for a special item with a particular animal theme, we do specialize in custom designed products and would be happy to work with you. Q: Do you have an affiliate program? A: No. We currently do not have an affiliate program. Q: Can I sell your products in my store? A: We are a home based business and custom make all the items, so there is a limit to the quantity available. I currently do not have a standard wholesale price list or print catalog. Since all our products are individually handmade made, we are not able to deeply discount our costs. So if you are interested in small numbers ( 2 to 5 per item) please contact us for pricing and availability. Q: Will you trade Links with my website?A: If you own or manage a high-quality, pet or animal- related website, we'd be happy to trade links!
