General Information About Your Order
Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Personal Check, Money Order, Direct Wire Transfer
Shipping Policy: Every effort will be made to to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Since each product is custom made to order, please allow approximately 7-10 days for delivery. Special orders and non standard items will take longer. We use USPS Priority Mail with receipt confirmation for domestic and International Airmail for orders outside the USA. USPS Priority Mail costs vary depending on the weight and destination of your order. International Air is cost for shipping plus any customs charges.
Return Policy: We will accept returns on any item, for any reason as long as the following conditions are met:
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by original packaging material and accessories.  We will not accept returns after 30 days of purchase.
  • Returned items must be returned clean and free of any residue, or we may refuse to issue credit.
  • Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items unless we shipped a damaged or incorrect item.
  • There are no returns on custom made or personalized items.

In order to return an item, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).  To do so, please email returns@animaldesigns.com with the reason for the return.  You will then be provided with an RMA number which must be marked clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.  Items returned without an RMA will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Canceling An Order: To cancel an order, you must contact us immediately ( the same day) stating you want to cancel your order with all pertinent information included.
Address Corrections: When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct.  An incorrect shipping address will delay your package and will cause the shipping carrier to charge us a $5 address correction fee on each box shipped to that incorrect address.  In order to recover the cost of the correction, we will charge your credit card the amount of the address correction.
International Orders: We will be happy to ship an order to any international destination, however, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping as well as all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation.  Duties and taxes not paid when you receive your order, will be billed back to you on the credit card your original order was charged to.  By Federal Law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation.
Shopping & Security Shopping from our store is easy and secure. In order to make your shopping easier, click on the search button and type in your favorite animal such as cat, dog, horse, etc. When you place an order, you can feel confident that your credit card information is protected. On-line transactions are handled with industry standard SSL encryption backed by the Geo-Trust Certificate.
